本站资料面向公开研究、翻译校对、史料索引、合法公共教育、读书会、刊物编辑、来源核验和透明互助。Materials are for public research, translation and editing, historical indexing, lawful public education, study groups, publication editing, source verification, and transparent mutual aid.

版权分层原则Layered Copyright Principles

本站不把“作者已经去世很久”直接等同于“可以复制任何版本全文”。作品条目会区分原作权利、译本权利、版本/选集/注释权利和导读权利。This site does not treat “the author died long ago” as permission to copy every edition. Each work separates original rights, translation rights, edition/collection/annotation rights, and guide rights.

已超过全球保守 life+70 初筛的作者原作，可作为公版候选；但现代中文译本、现代英文译本、出版社全集或选集、编者注释、导读、序言、脚注、索引、扫描版版式和 OCR 校订成果仍需单独核验。Originals by authors beyond a conservative global life-plus-70 screen may be public-domain candidates; modern Chinese translations, modern English translations, collected editions, editorial annotations, guides, prefaces, footnotes, indexes, scan layouts, and OCR corrections still need separate verification.

本站不直接复制未核验全文。对已公版并核验的文本，提供本地全文；对版权或译本状态不明的文本，提供元数据、本站原创导读和公开来源链接；对仍受保护的文本，只提供介绍、必要短引和外部合法来源。This site does not copy unverified full texts. 版权风险分级Copyright Risk Levels

• A 级：可保留站内全文。仅限本站原创、明确授权，或原作/译本/版本均已核验为公版或授权的文本。A: Local full text permitted. Limited to site-original, explicitly authorized, or fully verified public-domain/authorized original, translation, and edition.
• B 级：导读 + 外链。作者原作可能已公版，但译本、选集、注释或具体版本仍未核验。B: Guide and links only. The author's original may be public-domain, but translation, collection, annotations, or edition still need verification.
• C 级：元数据 + 导读 + 短引 + 外链。作者原作仍可能受保护，或档案/机构权利状态不明。C: Metadata, guide, short quotation, and links only. The original may still be protected, or archival/institutional rights are unclear.
• D 级：禁止复制。用于当代作者、明确保留权利的版本、现代出版社导读、现代译本或来源不明扫描书等。D: Do not copy. Used for contemporary authors, explicitly rights-reserved editions, modern publisher guides, modern translations, or scans of unclear provenance.

公开档案与权威导读Public Archives and Guide Sources

Marxists Internet Archive 和其他公开档案可作为重要入口，但本站逐篇核验页面、译本、版本和权利说明；没有明确状态的文本优先外链，不复制。Marxists Internet Archive and other public archives are important entry points, but this site verifies page, translation, edition, and rights notes item by item; texts without clear status are linked rather than copied.

权威导读、出版社说明、百科条目和学术介绍只能用于概括、改写和来源标注；本站不整段复制受保护的导读、序言、论文摘要或注释。Authoritative guides, publisher notes, encyclopedia entries, and academic introductions may be used for paraphrase, summary, and source attribution; this site does not copy protected guides, prefaces, abstracts, or annotations wholesale.

毛泽东、法农、切·格瓦拉、胡志明、卢卡奇、阿尔都塞、阿多诺、霍克海默、马尔库塞和当代作者等仍可能受保护的文本，默认不内置全文。Texts by Mao Zedong, Frantz Fanon, Che Guevara, Ho Chi Minh, Georg Lukács, Louis Althusser, Adorno, Horkheimer, Herbert Marcuse, and contemporary authors may still be protected and are not hosted locally by default.
